Bespoke booking and EPOS for a busy leisure venue
A custom booking system and till built around how the venue actually runs, with integrated card payments, a live reception dashboard and QR check-in.
The problem
Generic booking and till systems force a venue to fit their model: sessions, capacity, parties, walk-ins, café sales and card payments end up spread across tools that do not share information, and reception staff switch between screens at the busiest moments.
What we built
We scoped and are building a single system for the front desk. Sessions and capacity are managed in one place, parties carry deposits and balances, and the till handles activities, café and retail in one sale.
Card payments are taken through an integrated Windcave terminal, guests check in by scanning the QR code on their confirmation, and a live reception dashboard shows arrivals, capacity and outstanding waivers at a glance.
The results
In development. The system has been scoped in detail with the people who will use it every day, and is being built in phases so each part can be tested on the shop floor.
