Questions about the software
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan comes with a free trial with full access, and you do not need a card to start. Choose to subscribe at any point during the trial.
Do I pay per member of staff?
No. The price is per business, per month, however many staff you add.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are paid monthly and you can cancel at any time.
What equipment do I need?
Any up-to-date tablet, phone or computer with a web browser. To take card payments in person you can use a Stripe card reader, and kitchens can use a screen or a supported Star kitchen printer.
How do card payments work?
You connect your own Stripe account. Customers pay you directly and Stripe pays the money into your bank. Stripe charges its own card fees.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. During your free trial you can switch between Bookings, Point of Sale and the combined plan from your settings. After that, get in touch and we will move you over.
